	*Week-end visitors boats are to park in the second drive way.*
	Rates Include City Water, Sewer, Electricity and Cable TV.
	Based on Two Person Occupancy.
	Additional Rate per person (4yrs or Older) $3.00 each night.
	No Electric Heaters.
	One RV per site.
	Dump Station available.
	One pet Maximum, and must pick up after pet.
	Wash RV's, Vehicles and Boats on Gravel.
	Major Mechanical Work and Oil Changes are not allowed.
	While AC is in use, all windows and doors to RV are to be closed.

Rates are subject to change mainly, if the AC Rule is not carried out.
